Waste of money. It doesn't work. It never gets done loading

Can we please get a fresh update on the authentication issues in N. America devices? I haven't been able to login/use the bar since last fall. The device is not usable. UGH!!! Frankly, what the hell is going on? -Nick

I beg you, fix or refund. I think you have a class action in your near future if you don’t roll back firm ware to a working version. I’m going to start the class action and consumer fraud process soon. I don’t want to see you go out of business, but this has gone on too long.

I uninstalled all apps, test flight and cntrl bar and tried to reinstall as suggested and its asking for an invitation code? Can someone help me out with this.

Recently, it has become a useless accessory again…from everyday/everytime I use the vehicle, the control panel and app do not work as intended. Additionally, lately it has been asking for Log In almost every time I use the vehicle and app. Even when it connects and says successfully, the knobs and the buttons do not control anything in the vehicle. All looks good on the app though. Is there ever going to be a permanent fix to this? If not, I am no longer interested or want this product. Is there a return or a buyback program? If so, I am considering it. Looking forward to your thoughts on this.

You never resolve the loading issue. The Ctrl-bar is useless.

As of yesterday the connection issues were to be fixed...I logged into the app and Tesla server via the prompts and all seemed to work. A few hours later, returned to the vehicle and the app gave me error - session expired. One-off possibly. So I logged in...worked until this morning. Entered vehicle, pressed button on the Bar, ERROR on display, checked app and sure enough, message "session expired". This is absurd. Fix it for once and for all, for all the users as the experience so far has been disappointing.

Using the latest app and firmware version as will as latest Tesla app and iPhone iOS versions. It asks to generate virtual key, I click Approve but it doesn't seem to show up anywhere. On the CTRL_bar app, all seems to be connected but pressing the buttons on bar still results in ERROR being displayed.

CTRL-BAR was working for me for some time and recently stopped by displaying "ERROR" when button is pressed. It appears to be connected to the phone, the app and the car. The LED's turn on and off with the button and the SPLIT function only changes it on the CTRL-BAR screen but not the car. All other functions result in ERROR. I deleted and reinstalled the app, removed and readded permissions for TESLA, etc and still ERROR.

Just wanted to reach out and say thank you for your prompt updates. I can finally say that the unit is working as advertised and promised and fulfilling the hype around it. There are still some quirks but at least it is functional. Keep up the good work.
