Fix/roll back/refund/Class Action?

Sign me up if you do file a class action lawsuit. Tired of the endless promises and zero communication. The last "oh it's gonna finally be fixed" was in April stating "In an update coming on June, Ctrl-Bar will connect to the car directly without needing your phone without any additional hardware. We cant wait to publish that free update to all of our customers :)"
I have asked for updates as well as others on this magical June release and nothing but radio silence. Missing a deliverable happens but to miss it and refuse to communicate about it is unacceptable.
Greenmission it's time to get serious about acting like you care about your customers and communicating with them on a frequent basis.

I need a refund.
I have emailed your customer service email lot of times and waiting for a resolution. What I got is usually a reply saying there is an update resolving the issue but I never see it actually resolve anything. It never work for me.
This is a scam.
In the latest email I received from support@greenmissionstore.com saying that The Ctrl-Bar functions as intended in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East and blaming the issue due to a glitch in Tesla's platform. I paid to buy the product from you but not Tesla. Probably the product never worked properly for all uers from Asia & America.

I agree. It is still not working after they recently mentioned it was fixed. This is now getting ridiculous. None of the functions work except the LED which itself you have to turn on every time and it reverts back to the default green. It has been asked many times to remember your last setting… all in all, a refund would be nice if these issues are not fix ASAP.

Vetle Husby - Yes. It is the latest update (says v1.1.19 in the updates tab and v1.2.44 (42) at the bottom of the app when in settings). I also checked the app store and downloaded it again to the latest one, but it is still the same. I know you're trying your best, but I don't think these results are acceptable in the professional world. Can you please fix or refund so we can either use the Ctrl-bar or just move on. Thank you.

Thomas Park the devs said it looked like a login issue. Please try to logout of the app and then reinstall it. Also make sure you have the newest firmware in settings and updates in the ctrlbar app :)

same issues here over and over again. Such a great idea so poorly executed.
