Delete and install the app is the normal advice. Mine seems to at least connect from time to time now, but the LED never ever remembers the setting I gave it. It wants me to login to my Tesla account several times a week as well. I actually returned the one I paid for (a friend gave me his after digging it out of the trash because it would not load). I had to challenge my credit card payment and in the end these good folks disputed it and I still had to pay EVEN THOUGH I RETURNED THE D€#N thing.
You would think that if the product is still not working well, they would at least not steal money from people. Thats the world we live in I guess
