Fix your communication issues as a company!

Why is their not regular communication about progress on this product and issues being addressed? You made an empty promise in April that in June you would roll out an update that allows the device to connect directly via Bluetooth to the vehicle and this would fix the connectivity issues, latency, etc.
June has come and gone and zero information has been provided in spite of @greenmission being tagged to comments asking for an update.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this. We listen to your criticism regarding our communication and agree that we have much to improve on here.
The promise made in April was in no way intended to be empty, but the BLE transition was more complex than we anticipated. We are still working on that, but we have also made improvements to the app's stability. We don't want to give an exact new timeline because we don't know how long it will take, but you can rest assured that we are still committed to making it happen. Updates will follow when we know more.
